I truly enjoy working with clients that are relocating whether it is from another country, state, county or neighborhood.  Relocating has never been easier than now with the current technology in place.  It allows us to conduct business at the client’s convenience and preference via, in person, email, Skype, FaceTime, texting and even Facebook.   We have the ability to digitally sign contracts, disclosures, and reports whether in person; they are at work or in another country.  Clients have appreciated personalized Home Video Tours to prospective homes when they are not in the area to tour the home for themselves.  This greatly reduces some of the stress and pressure of out of town homebuyers!
